They wanted me to sweet, as yam,
They wanted me to store, as ram
They wanted me to walk, as cat
They wanted me to show, as scam
They wanted me to behave, as fan
They wanted me to perform, as cash
But, I turned the page, as track,
that help me to build my flat.....
Whatever those
the spiritual ones
the powerful of the world
on myself wanted
I haven’t gotten any better
than that of my fathers’ hubris
my burden of debt
I’ll wear them to the last goal
to say goodbye to the gift of my life

SMiLes Dear Yam For A Young
20 Year-Old Woman From Pakistan
You Surely Express A Strong Will In Your Poetry
SMiLes i Have Another FRiEnD From Pakistan Named
Rafiah She Was 20 When She Invited me to Read Her Poetry too…
She is 28 Now Married With Child Graduated
With Chemistry Degree And Does A
Great Job Being a Muslim Wife Now
Similar to my Wife Yet a Life
She Chose For Herself
True my Wife Would
Make a ‘Good Muslim
Wife By Tradition’ Yet
i Freely Let Her Nag at
Me As She Chooses With SMiLes Hehe
Where We are Raised How We Are Raised
Makes A Big Difference In Who We Become
And What Options There Are to Become my
Wife’s Mother Taught Her to Be A Good Providing
Wife Storing as Ram as You Say Very Sweet ‘Yam’ Soft Sounding
Voice Always Smiling unless She is Very Angry hehe that i didn’t
Hear what
She Told
me for the
Third Time when
my Imagination
is on An Entirely
Different Fred Planet
When Life is Hard When Survival is
At Stake People Will Do What it Takes to
Survive Particularly if it means to Eat And
Even Have a Drink of Water Women Who are
Raised Without Fear of All of that Spread Their Wings
Here Same as Men and are afforded that Freedom at Ease
Yet From What i’ve Seen my Wife Seems Happier than Most of them
Just Living A Simple Life Taking Care of me As that is What She Chooses
to Do i am Glad i met Someone Like Her And i am Glad Not Everyone is Like
Her Either As the World Needs Women Leaders Out of the Home More than ever Now…
You are Already
Leading this
Way in
Your Poetry
Dear FRiEnD With SMiLes..:)
